Succotz

Today was a successful day of traveling, we met up with the rest of the group and went to the zoo to eat lunch. Doug, Trent, Luke and I passed up on the zoo and went back to drop off all the luggage with Mr. Tillet and Paul (pictured). We enjoyed talking with Paul in the truck and getting some context for Belize life. We were short of a few necessary supplies, so Trent and I walked down to the Bennys store to grab some items. It never fails to amaze me how peaceful the people in this area are, it was nice to talk to a few people in the town. I look forward to spending more time here and at Mountain Pine Ridge tomorrow.
