Guatever

Guat's up?! We are officially in GUATemala. After a long stop at the border and a crammed car ride to the island of Flores, we made it. We explored a bit last night, then came back and played a round of euchre on the veranda. You can take the kids out of the Midwest, but ... :) most of us were awoken last night by fireworks and music via a street festival at all hours of the morning. Today begins our first day on the job with our service project -- can't wait to see what it brings!
