The Kenyon group arrived with out delays or difficulties. Okay, Qossay took longer to get through, but once they had the time to clarify who he was and get him entered into the system, problem solved. Even getting through Customs w/o Jim was solved when Dwight Tillett showed up to handle the extra baggage we brought for the schools.
We spent the night in a local hotel near the airport, so that we can connect with the MVNU group when they arrive. Dinner was had at a local chinese restaurant. Apparently the chinese are buying up much of the property along the highway in Ladyville, a part of Belize City around the airport. The rest of the evening was spent playing cards in the lobby of the hotel. A nice start of our trip, and has allowed us to bond more as a group.
